Natural Gas Gathering and Treating Systems
Through its in interest in Quivira Partners, LP, Torch maintains an interest in fifty-seven gathering systems in New Mexico, Texas and Mississippi. Quivira was formed by Torch in 2004 and controls fifty-six natural gas gathering systems totaling 646 miles of pipeline in forty counties in Mississippi, Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Oklahoma. The Arkoma System
The Arkoma system, purchased in early 2009 is 50%-owned by Quivira and operated by Torch Energy Services. Arkoma is a low pressure natural gas gathering and treating system in Pittsburgh and Hughes counties, Oklahoma. The system is 137 miles long and serves forty producers. Arkoma sits atop the prolific Woodford shale.
The Ramsey system
The Ramsey system, 50%-owned by Quivira, is a low pressure casinghead gas gathering system in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. The 100-mile system crosses through Eddy County, New Mexico and Culberson County, Loving County and Reeves County, Texas. Quivira purchased its interest in Ramsey in December of 2004. The system serves thirty-five producers.
The Gulf Coast Systems
Quivira owns a 50% interest in fifty-two small, natural gas gathering and treating systems located along the Texas Gulf Coast. These gulf coast systems include 261miles of 2 – 6 inch diameter pipeline. These systems serve approximately forty producers and are located in heavily drilled areas.
Joan Pipeline and Mardi Gras System
The Joan and Mardi Gras assets are two low pressure natural gas gathering and treating systems serving nine customers. The systems include 147 miles of 4 – 10 inch diameter pipe with current throughput of 18 million cubic feet per day. Joan is located in Walthall and Marion Counties, Mississippi and Mardi Gras extends from the Baxterville field in Mississippi to Bogalusa, Louisiana. Joan and Mardi Gras are 100%-owned by Quivira.

Our services to producing companies include new well connections, gathering, compression, treating and processing. Torch Energy is actively expanding its midstream business and seeks the acquisition of additional midstream assets and the opportunity to construct new gas gathering systems and related facilities.
